Wedding Prep Party

We all want to make sure our best girl feels celebrated and special leading up to their big day. But what do you do when her aunts are throwing her a shower, her sister planned an epic bachelorette, and the soon-to-be in-laws throw an engagement party for the ages? My favorite solution is to make sure the bride starts off her big day feeling pampered and carefree. A perfect way to achieve this is be hosting a Wedding Prep Party.

HOW TO

Help the bride organize all the arrival times and rotation schedules of hair, makeup, photography, and wedding party members. This way the day of is pre-planned and if there is a hitch in the plans, someone other than the bride (you) can take charge and get everyone back on the same page.

To really show off your best friend skills add some flare to this party be sending out invitations. Its usually such a small group that you can add flare (and organization with an RSVP and schedule on the back) without tacking a ton onto your invoice. As for the day of, it is really up to you when it comes to the specifics!

Here are some ideas from one of our most recent and sweetest bride's Wedding Prep Party.

You can keep the invitation classic and simple to set the scene for a relaxing, sophisticated affair.
