Custom orders are unique and take 10 business days for proof. Grab-and-go items usually ship within 3 business days. We no longer have local pickup but instead offer $5 Shipping for orders, excluding acrylic trays and party goods like koozies, cups and napkins. If shipping amount is incorrect we will contact you.

Rush processing is available, please call or email for inquiry.

Rush processing only expedites the amount of time it takes for your order to be processed and printed. If necessary you will be invoiced additional expedited shipping fees once your product has been shipped. Party goods rush is different than paper goods rush.

Are you ordering a product that is personalized?

Please enter all of your personalization information into the form provided per personalized product. We will use that info to create a proof of your design. We will e-mail you this proof of your design within 3 to 5 business days.

Before your pieces go to print you must proof your content. It is not our responsibility to check your personal wording/information. Before approving your designs you must double check the information on your pieces. Examples of incorrect information include but are not limited to: errors in spelling, dates, and punctuation.

Once your pieces are approved they will be sent to print. Once your items have been approved and move to the printing process we cannot make any more changes. If any of your pieces are sent to the printer with an error that you failed to notice, you will be responsible for the cost to reprint. If  the last round of changes were approved by you but an error occurs and the error was due to an error made by Weezie B. Designs, such as sending the wrong file to print, then we will be responsible for the reprint.
