• Print: Digital: A printing process from a digital-based image directly to the paper by a ink printer.

Letterhead: Used for a Cover Letter and/or Résumé. If you would like to have your résumé formatted select your Quantity in the form and email us your information to email@example.com.
Note Card: Used for “Thank You” notes to Recommendation Writters.
Photo Sticker: Attached to your photos in Recommendation Packets. This helps current Sorority members keep track of names and home towns.
Mailing Labels: If you would like matching Mailing Labels select the quantity in the form above. Then download and complete the Weezie B. Designs Spread Sheet. Once completed email to firstname.lastname@example.org. These are a great addition for your Recommendation Packets. It makes the process much easier for Recommendation Writers to ensure they are sending your Rec Packet to the correct location.
Gift Stickers: If you would like matching Gift Stickers select the quantity in the form above. These are great additions to add a personal touch to a sweet “Thank You” gift you may want to give each Rec Writer.

Changes: Each Suite order includes one round of changes. After the included round of changes, a minimum change fee of $15 per change will apply. Before proceeding with additional changes, we will inform you of this fee and our estimated cost per change. If changes requested are beyond the above mentioned color and graphic changes, your package will no longer be considered eligible for an online order but will be upgraded to a semi-custom or custom design. We will inform you of this upgrade. Semi-custom design fees start at $40/piece. Custom designs will require a custom pricing structure starting at $100.
Colors: Colors may vary between screen views, home printers, and commercial printers. Although we try to keep out colors consistent with what you see, we cannot promise an exact match to your screen, printer or previously views pieces.
Proofing Process: Before your pieces go to print you must proof and approve your content. Weezie B. is not responsible for checking your personal wording/information. Before approving your designs we advise that you double check the information on your pieces in the presentation we provide to you. Examples of incorrect information include but are not limited to: errors in spelling, dates, and punctuation.
Approval: Once you approve all pieces they will be sent to print. Once your items have been approved and move to the printing process we cannot make any more changes. If any of your pieces are sent to the printer with an error that you failed to notice, you will be responsible for the cost to reprint. If there is an error that occurs after your latest approval (i.e. pieces were correct when you approved but arrive with an error) Weezie B. & Sally C. designs will be responsible for the reprint.
Postal Regulations: Unless requested in writing by you, all items are shipped to you via UPS First Class Mail. For your mailing out of invitations/suites, we suggest you contact USPS or your carrier of choice with any questions regarding mailing. Weezie B. is not responsible for advising you of the pricing of postage for your suite or for returned invitations.
